To keep our customers and employees safe, we’ve implemented strict measures to combat the spread of COVID-19. We are following guidance from the CDC as well as the state and local government.

• Gondolas are sanitized between rides.
   

• Fresh air vents are open during rides. There is 100% air exchange during load and unloading process of the gondolas due to doors opening on both sides.
   

• Gondolas are private and not shared with other customers outside of your party.
   

• Hand washing station and hand sanitizer stations are available for customer and employee use.
   

• Hourly cleaning will be performed to include high traffic areas. Deep cleaning of the venue is performed daily.
   

• Riders and employees must wear masks inside the gondolas and practice social distancing in the queue.
